Poor office management aside, I came here with a bladder disease & was told i needed to change my diet. While I appreciate a natural approach before jumping to pills, I was in excruciating pain every month, and reducing my caffeine intake didn’t get rid of a lifelong disease. If you go here, just get a second opinion. The doctors and nurses were wonderful people, personally I can’t recommend their approach to treating IC.
I am a previous patient from last October and had a lot of trouble before with your office. I want to give you another chance to make it right as I am again having problems with kidney pain. I have tried to reach your office for 2 days and left messages on both the appointment line and nurses line. No one has called me back. I guess nothing has changed. Day 4 and no call back.
