My original appointment was cancelled because the doctor had left. The only reason I found out was because I called the day before. They had no doctor to see me and needed to reschedule. Had I not called, I would have shown up at the appointment (30 minutes away) and had no one to see me. I do not know if this is a common issue with the practice, but I wanted to note it incase there is a pattern. The appointment itself was helpful.
