I recently had an issue with a cable for my Andre an needed a replacement quickly for an upcoming sweep out of town. I contacted REI and spoke to Michelle Gaw. She was extremely helpful. Since the cable would not make it to my office in time, she offered to mail to my hotel where I was traveling to. She overnighted it to me and provided a tracking number right away! This level of customer service is rare these days. I highly recommend doing business with REI!
