Really straightforward and quick! The staff member that looks and sounds like Jason Sudeikis from Snl was pretty efficient in the blood draw too.

The phlebotomists are extremely talented and the staff make an effort to get to know you. Unlike other places, RBC pays you in cash.
One of the people who is going to draw your blood does not know how to do his job and he has 25 years of experience, said by the same staff.
