Excellent service. They are fast and efficient.
Got my new animals tested from the show and I am happy with the results. You are required to use their swabs and follow their collection guidelines or they can not guarantee the results. That other reviewer is mad because she didn't follow instructions and used her own swabs instead of the ones required. Its really not that hard to follow a basic set of instructions.
not sure how that other reviewer "knows" that the lab purposely sent them an incorrect result, would love to hear more about that. in my experience false negatives are because you didn't collect the sample correctly. I had an IBD (arenavirus) scare in my collection and had to have all of my snakes tested. RAL was quick with the results and understanding when I called them and told them one of my samples was going to be late and to disregard it.
Great staff and awesome service. You get accurate results very fast and results are emailed to you. I have dealt with many labs and these guys do things the right way.
