I've always received amazing customer service and support when I have shopped at R&D but even more so now that I am not able to shop in store. I contacted them via social media asking about a product. They were able to give me details about the product, inventory information, and a clear explanation on how to do curbside pickup. From "shopping", to ordering, to picking up, it was all effortless on my part. Thanks for another wonderful experience!

I was at Research and Design in August looking for something to wear on my trip to Italy in October. I bought two purses and two BUFFALOVE shirts to represent my home town when we are overseas. Today, I am wearing it out and about in Positano, Italy. It’s a very comfortable shirt, and it’s perfect for the weather here by the sea.
I met the owner when I dragged my poor husband down for the Sorel Trunk Show. My husband had offered a few years ago to get me a pair of Sorels, but never took him up on the offer. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, very attentive and knowledgeable about the products. I purchased a pair of the Joan of Artic wedges and wore them last night. Probably one of the best investments I’ve made for my closet. If you’re on the fence about stopping by the store—go visit. Definitely worth your time!
I went to R&D to look at Sorel boots. It was my first time at the store. The owner went above and beyond to help me find the correct size and style that I wanted. I will definitely be a repeat shopper! I wish I could give you more than 5 stars!
The customer service is beyond above par. The employees immediately greet you, are polite, respect your time in browsing and making a decision in your purchase and the prices can't be beat. I have highly recommended R&D for a while now and it's worth the drive for quality. Haven't been a fan of a well known location in the 14221 for a long time and I have finally found a location that I don't feel pressured or judged when spending time and hard earned money to treat myself. Looking forward to shopping here again.
