I have had Dr. Okoro as my general doctor for three years. She is thorough and thoughtful. She addresses your concerns and is straightforward. Her nurse assistants and the staff at Rescue MD are all pleasant and helpful.
My first appointment was great; I will definitely recommend to my family and friends!
There is a hero in the background, that's mostly overlooked. We need to applaud her. I speak of Ms. Avani over billing. As a new patient,my insurance was not complying and completely stressing me out. For months she was reassuring and hung in there advocating for getting me a resolution....every step of the way. Even I was ready to give up, but she never did. Thank you for caring about both my health AND my money Ms. Avani...YOU ARE MY BILLING DEPT WARRIOR!
Dr. Okoro is a very caring physician. She's great at explaining what you need or where you need to go. Thank you for caring for me I greatly appreciate your help and the staffing also!
