I love that they contribute to a cause. Eapecialy for animals. But I've been in there 5 times and not once has someone said hello or made any contact whatsoever. I find them very rude. Again 2 years later Not a single hello! They were actually raging on a non-speaking English person. Gossiping to each other and didn’t even acknowledge my shopping. I was looking for Christmas items. But am done. Teach customer service. Such a shame.
Probably 4.5 is a more accurate rating for me, but let's round up because overall this is a very nice shop. It is small, however, so the offerings, while of good quality don't always offer a lot to choose from. Still, it's always fun to look. Prices aren't bargains, but are enticing nonetheless.
