Great Experience. The manager Chris and the mechanic Paul was able to fit me in at the last minute. I had my water pump replaced. They were very professional, courteous and good customer service. Honest assessment, fair pricing and efficient high quality work. I highly recommend.
Lots of services offered besides towing. They fixed our brakes and exhaust and got us in and out with little delays.
The power steering went out on my truck in the homedepot parking lot. It wss 95 degress. Rescue towing was there in 15 minutes. Great service!
My daughter is a student at Binghamton. She was local with some friends driving about and had a radiator / overheat issue. Called AAA and their driver (Nate) recommended Rescue Towing. He towed and left the car at the shop parking lot for me to work out the details with the mechanic (Chris). The shop has fair pricing, is honest, and has reliable service. Clear communication. If we have future auto issues in or near Binghamton I will have her return as a repeat customer! Thanks again ! A+++
