One of them was very nice , helpfull, didn’t mind explaining things or anything the other one wasn’t so friendly he was kinda short with me and a little rude I thought Heres an added thought so my brand new A/c was just fine until they came and it hasn’t worked since they were here!
Worst company I’ve worked with . Technicians told me I had no warranty on my unit, and they will have to charged me over 3-$4000 for the job. Or buy a new ac unit from them. My carrier was installed new in 10-2021. I called carrier and was told I have 10yr. warranty expired 2031 on all parts. They both tried to scam me a senior disabled retired person. That’s very bad business practice.They did not even attempt to do anything testing to make sure of their findings or try to repair the unit.
