Nick was our technician and he was the most professional friendly person I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Both him and dale were wonderful. They came out to clean our main sewage line which was backing up. they fixed the problem very quickly and walked us through the process they were doing. I highly recommend using rescue rooter and if you can request nick.
Fast efficient and get the job done
We got same evening service for our rental house which was fantastic. The next morning we received a call from Dave of Rescue Rooter asking if he could arrive at noon to send a camera down the main pipe. We had no idea they could take care of this at no additional charge. Upon finding the problem Dave said he would have a septic pumping company phone us. We are more than pleased with the level of service we got.
