RUN AWAY NOW!!!!! Find ANOTHER COMPANY!! DON’T RISK IT! Unfortunately there is NOTHING I would recommend about this company! My husband and I called and made an appointment on Thursday 8/20 for Saturday 8/22. We were given a 4 hour window from 2-6. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! NEVER CALLED! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! it's always an issue to get anything resolved with this company. Yesterday I had service performed and they sent me a text as my receipt but when I called and requested a copy of the work performed I did not received it. Called back the second day I was on hold for 5 minutes and was told they had to send an email to the another department to contact me. it took me four months of phone calls after the installation of my new AC to get them to close the permit. if you want good customer service this is not the company to use.

Excellent service in only 2 hours after calling to customer service, the technician came to my house and detected the problem of my air conditioning.

I had an entire unit needing to be replaced. They were strictly business and very professional when I called. They showed up the next day. I was told it would be a 6 hour install. These guys knocked it out in 4 hours! Not only did they finish up quick they also took the time to show how to use the new thermostat. A very big thanks to Miguel and Mauricio, you guys were great. Tech came out saw they didn’t install the unit and told me exactly what I knew was wrong with it. Never looked at unit upstairs and did not give me anything how to fix it only to replace it. Then charged me $59. Do not recommend this company to anyone beware of radio ads...
