I had a bad experience with another road service that kept delaying me for 6 hours and never showed up. I found this shop on google called them and they arrived with in 10 minutes. The mechanic was very honest and told me to come to the shop to avoid higher road service fees. He went out of his way to help, even taking me to truckpro and using his account to get me a discount. They fixed the truck very fast and and charged a fair price. Highly recommended to any trucker.

3:30am and I had a double blowout on my trailer. No one answered their phone besides these guys. Gave me a quote, was upfront about everything and was on the way. Got to me in under an hour and knocked out the job with ease, I was back rolling before the sun came up. These guys are legit and worth their weight in gold. Anytime I’m ever in town, I’m going to these guys for tires!!

One of my company trailers broke down near Memphis on a Saturday afternoon. They did a roadside repair to get our trailer to the next job on time. Couldn't believe how fast they were and a good price! Could have gouged us for repairs but that's not what they are about. I see they have a well earned great reputation. Thanks for the rescue!

I had my box truck repaired at Rescue Repair Service and was very happy with the experience. The price was fair, the work was done well, and the staff was professional. I would definitely recommend this place for any box truck repairs. Please keep up the good work and thank you.

On 05/13 there was a police chase in West Memphis. Unfortunately the fleeing person plowed into our Semi taking out the driver side tire , rim, and battery box/step. This happened right at exit 280 where Loves Petro and Goodyear are located. I called Loves was told they would b out in 3 hours. 5 hours later they never showed up and when I called back I was then informed they were closed. Petro the same thing.
