Biggest snowfall of the year, roads were terrible, and even in the midst of a pandemic, Rescue One Plumbing came to fix a clog in our sewer lines! We are so grateful for this family owned business that has truly passed down great work ethic and a desire to help and service those in need. We cannot get this company nor owner, Thomas Essig, to pay his bills. If he asks for payment for services rendered, remind him that he does not believe in paying people for a job well done! If a man will not honor his own commitments, then WHY WOULD YOU TRUST HIM TO HELP YOU IN A TIME OF NEED?

Called on a saturday to have a bathroom drain unclogged. He came immediately and i had a working drain less than an hour after making the initial call. Was professional, courteous and prompt. Charged less than 150 on a saturday. 5 stars
