I, too, won a judgement against Rescue Heating. To-date they have not paid up. They installed a furnace that the heat does not make it upstairs to my daughter's room. DO NOT USE RESCUE HEATING. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!
As I was a long-time customer of Rescue, I naturally asked them for a quote to replace my gas-fired steam boiler when the old one went. I told them I wanted an efficient boiler and one that would qualify for Con Ed’s $500 rebate. They said “no problem” and filled in their part of the application to Con Ed when the installation was complete. I completed my part and mailed it in.
