Huge fan of this business and the owner Matt Gorman. Made significant effort to fix our upper furance unit instead of immediately jumping to replacement. He also searched for and located difficult to find furnace parts for R22 unit. In the end, Matt ended up replacing the 20 yr old AC unit after finding other issues. Matt's day of efforts to do the right thing earned my trust and confidence. I won't hesitate to call him again in the future.
Would HIGHLY recommend. My whole HVAC system went down mid summer with the temps reaching over 100 in the coming days. Matt was able to come out 2 days after contacting him and did an amazing job. Brand new AC, furnace, filtration system, and thermostat installed in one day. Very polite and professional service. Matt is the one you should hire if you want professional service provided. Went above and beyond basic installation, including cleaning my ducts and walking me through how to use the new thermostat.
Matt did an outstanding job. Was very professional and proficient with no waisted down town what so ever. Price was very reasonable and on par with other heating and cooling companies in the area. Price quoted was the price I paid. I went with rescue because other companies employees just kind of struck me as peculiar. Highly recommend and will certainly be using them for future upgrades.
Cannot recommend them enough. Great people and professional. Did job and were courtesy and clean. Took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and met with inspectors several times so all was up to current codes.
