I echo some of the other sentiments on here. Ken is unreliable and unprofessional. I was assigned to him by AHS, whom I have a warranty with for my beach condo. He said he would come, then called to say there was too much traffic and that he wouldn’t service me that day. He said he would call me back at the end of the day. He never did. He, Ken, installed a new HVAC about 3 yrs ago,. Yesterday, 5-18-26, the A/C compressor stopped working, blowing hot air only. It’s about 90 degrees. I called him yesterday 5-18-26, got his VM, no return call. I text him early this AM, no response. I called him again this afternoon, got his VM, no return call. Reading this my experience here says, you will be making a big mistake giving him your business.

These guys showed up on time, was very professional and fast. They installed a new heat pump and air handler in less than a day at a very fair price. Upgraded everything with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Rescue Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC

Excellent service great owner and the workers were polite very clean and I don't know what to work went great
