Horrible how they treat people. Should let them know how long it is going to take to fix a phone. If the part doesn’t come in or they have to send it to someone else they should let the phone owner know before it leaves their shop. Had to buy my friends son a phone just to make sure his dad could get in touch with his son
Dude is a scam artist who doesn't deliver on his promises. Boo. I say boo.
The worst service I have experienced in Dallas for a long time. I paid $162.00, and nothing was fixed or completed. They offered nothing, not even a partial refund. Check out the reviews on YELP. The picture becomes even more clear. Poor service. Please go somewhere else for your repairs.
