Our 3 year old Samsung Dryer stopped heating. We called Rescue Appliance, after coming and looking at our dryer they decided it needed a new motherboard. After 2.5 weeks they came back with the motherboard and spent a few hours on the dryer to no avail, they said the NEW motherboard must be bad and they need to order another BUT I needed to pay for at least half of the total cost of the repair before they go any further ($250 of $500). 3 weeks go by with no word, every time I called I was greeted by an extremely passive aggr... read more
