I never leave reviews. Yesterday Rescue air came out for my yearly routine maintenance on my unit. Christopher Townsley, our technician, took his time and was very thorough in cleaning our unit. He went over everything with me about my unit and was very informative . I can't say enough about this guy. If you are looking for an excellent technician with a good reputable company then I highly recommend giving them a call.

I just have to say Joseph Moss did an amazing job today repairing my ac unit. I literally called multiple places and no other company could come out today. He was at my house in less than an hour of me calling. Then in a short amount of time, I could feel the cold air coming out of the vents. He was very professional and just an all around nice guy. Thank you rescue air and Joseph!!

Chris and Don replaced the HVAC unit in my house today and they were wonderful. Such polite, professional and courteous gentlemen. Despite replacing the unit in my garage, I hardly heard the noise or even knew they were here. They were also great at answering any questions I had and teaching me how to use the new thermostat before they left. Highly recommend them!

Jordan was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived on time, was professional in appearance and attitude, and took the time to clearly explain the issue with our HVAC system before beginning any work. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it efficiently, all while making sure we understood our options. I had a problem with my a/c not cooling. Jordan was my tech, very professional and even made it before time i was originally told, trouble shot the system very quickly and offered solutions to why it may have happened. Asked him to clean my condenser and he did so very well (its was filthy)super knowledgeable tech. I hope i dont, but if i need any other services I will be sure to make rescue air my first call due to this experience alone. Thanks Jordan and rescue air for fixing my a/c.
