Service on my heating unit was done by Rich. Rescue Air had a Fast response. Staff over the phone and on site were professional and polite. Rich identified the problem quickly and provided a solution. Reasonable price. Resolved the issue thoroughly and timely. Heat was up and running in no time!!! First off let me say that Jordan, the tech from Rescue Air, is awesome! I had a new split unit system installed last summer and had been having trouble with it overheating this winter. He took the time to troubleshoot the issue I was having. Explained to me exactly what the issues were that he was encountering and the solution to fix them. Other techs had come out before and tried to solve this issue in a hurry but to no resolve. This guy knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend!
