This company has been nothing short of amazing. We are contracted through another HVAC company for semi-annual maintenance, and when an unexpected issue with our system occurred, that company basically told us we’d have to wait up to 4 weeks for a fix (Summer). I called Rescue Air at 10 a.m. on a Friday and spoke to Joseph, who was incredibly helpful & courteous. He had a technician out at our home (same day) by noon. I CANNOT stress enough, just how much of a LIFESAVER Rescue Air is!!!!!! They we're able to get out to us rapidly, only 1 hour after we called! Lucas the technician was very thorough and did such a great job explaining everything to us. We 1000% recommend them for any AC issues and if anything comes up we will be calling them again!!

The best experience and company I’ve ever dealt with. They replaced three AC units at our church and installed them with excellence. Michael Riggs and his crew did a phenomenal job and did it in the time they said they would. I couldn’t be more happy with the results and the company !!!

Rescue Air came through for our family in a big way. Owner Joseph and technician Mike were absolutely wonderful—showing up at 8 o’clock at night and treating us with stellar customer service you rarely see anymore. Mike even took the time to share helpful maintenance tips, and you could tell they weren’t there to gouge us or push unnecessary upsells. Just honest, dependable service. I can’t recommend them enough!
