Our basement flooded after a storm fried our sump pump - 4 inches of standing water! I put in a request for help at Rescue 1 at 8:30am on the 4th of July holiday and got a call at 8:35. Mike FaceTimed with us to troubleshoot, after which he came to our home when the rest of his team was out of town for the holiday, replaced the sump pump and made a plan for the following day to dry out the area. He was absolutely wonderful from the beginning stages of us building. Always responsive and willing to offer suggestions of what would work best.
My sink wouldnt shut off on a sunday evening. Every place wanted to charge me a super expensive after hour charge. Rescue 1 construction was able to talk me through how to turn off the water on the phone so I could schedule a non emergency appointment for a later date. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend.
Mike Kemp is a total fraud. This is a long review but shows the history and theft. . My duplex was heavily damaged from a tree during storm in July 2023. Ceiling collapsed in kitchen, lots of water damage and big insurance claim. Mike seemed very qualified with expertise to repair over $60,000 of storm damage to roof & structure. I met him at property in July and paid deductible of 5k so he could start tree removal and mitigation.
