Poor service. I signed a contract with your branch office in plainville Mass in July 2025 and pay a financed down payment of $3,900.00 to come and fix rooted beam in my property they didn’t show up until I canceled the contract in June 2026. They waisted my time for one year and refused to refund my down payment with interest. Justin Reyes was the lead contractor at our project. Not only was he incredibly responsive and efficient but he was able to get the work that was needed to be done in a very timely fashion. Tanner and Landon did a very good job with installation. As an older single woman, I dread seeking help on major projects/repairs.
