We had our sump pump system serviced by Doug Wood today. Doug has been to our house before and as always provided great service in a friendly and professional manner.
My condo building hired Rescon to stabilize our basement columns and they were great to work with. John as the project manager gave his honest recommendations on what work was needed and drafted a proposal that aligned with what we were looking for. Excellant service Joe and his helper luke, Luke hustled the whole time. Joe was huffing and puffing he worked so hard. The pump line service needs to be buried under ground.
Recently had our first one-year equipment check-up. Doug did an excellent job checking the functionality of the sump pumps and the battery back-up system. All checked out fine. The installation of the drainage system last spring met and even exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Rescon Basement Solutions.
