Well, no surprise... more of the moisture barrier is coming down. I currently have a Better Business Bureau complaint pending against this company, and my concerns have also been reported to the Attorney General's office. Today, I noticed that even more of the moisture barrier, which was improperly installed, has come loose and is falling down. Busy Dog (now Groundworks) installed the French drain and sump pump system in my basement before I purchased my home. During a recent renovation, we discovered mold, mildew, water damage, and a missing vapor barrier behind a finished basement wall, resulting in over $8,000 in remediation and reconstruction costs that insurance would not cover. Poor service. I signed a contract with your branch office in plainville Mass in July 2025 and pay a financed down payment of $3,900.00 to come and fix rooted beam in my property they didn’t show up until I canceled the contract in June 2026. They waisted my time for one year and refused to refund my down payment with interest. Especially, Zach stein, the Sales Manager; he never responded to my email, also, Steven the field Salesman is a scammer.Please public be aware of this company that they are scammers and stay away from ... read more
