Don't know how many stars to give. Been trying to contact this company for something like 3 weeks. Never a call back. Left messages with instructions to call me back, as I am trying to purchase their product, but no one ever returns the phone call. Been calling almost on a daily basis trying to get in contact with somebody who may work there. Rescom is a good product but seemingly impossible to buy.
Quite possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with in my 15 years of home building. I've ordered radiators from this company and have called 6 times and left lengthy messages with office staff for an urgent call back. Nothing!!!! Not a call. No explanation. I have a family with two small children living in a house with no heat and they won't give me the time of day with a possible delivery date. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not use!!!!!
