ResCom is a complete joke. They are scam artists and very unprofessional. I have an unpaid invoice that is 397 days past due. I've spoke to Sabrina, whom is very "short" and rude. Mark and his wife have been sued several times for unpaid debt to contractors. Dave is the project manager that acts as if he has "no idea" what's going on. I've sent emails, texts, and certified letters to all 5 physical addresses/individuals trying to receive payment and close their invoice. A court hearing is coming soon. My Welding company provided work for Rescom during the month of October and completed on November 9th 2018. Their initial request for 3 handrails and a modification of 8 trampoline platforms were completed and they provided payment $734 and $1,020 respectively. Upon completion of that they contacted me to add an additional 14 handrails per request from the Clay County, Florida inspector which totaled 61 hours.
