If you intend to live here make sure you carefully check the parking facilities. I wouldn’t just ask to see them, I’d ask to be permitted to drive your car to your allotted parking spot before you commit. Whilst overall the building seems to be built to a decent standard, the parking is a nightmare. Access to lower basement levels is incredibly restrictive and really only suitable for very small cars. How they got this through planning is beyond me.
No duty of care - 2 x 100kg wardrobe doors collapsed and fell on me while living in this apartment and the owners were incredibly unprofessional - never offering an apology or any sort of resolution. These apartments are far from luxury and living there was a nightmare.
