As instructed by Rescom, I took off work and waited from 7am to 5 pm for my yearly maintenance. No one called, texted or emailed. No one showed up. Obviously they have a problem.
Bought a generac whole home generator about 4 years ago from Lowe's. Rescom electric was the company that Lowe's used for the install. 4 years ago the install was flawless the crews from rescom were professional and got the whole system set up and ready to go quickly. They did such a good job with coaching me when they installed the unit that I have done my own maintenance over the years. This company handles my yearly maintenance. They are easy to reach and do a good job. You get pics of all issues and any work that was done. Highly Recommend!
I’m a retired police office and am very careful dealing with home improvements. Rescom is the good guys. I had a 32 KW Gernerac installed and have a maintenance contract with them. I can’t say enough positives about them. I highly recommend Rescom.
