I just had an issue with my generator serviced by ResCom. Their technician Jay Randall was very professional and knowledgeable. He not only diagnosed and fixed my problem but he also explained it to me. Very happy with the service from Mr. Randall and ResCom. BTW I purchased my generator with ResCom.
Twice, I tried to get a quote from this company for services and each time I never received a quote. I was looking to get a whole home generator. They came out quickly gave me a price, but never sent the quote. Second time I asked for a quote for a transfer switch and a Generac generator. They said I would get a quote. I was ready to pull the trigger on the work. Again, never received the quote. Fed up, with this I purchased my own transfer switch and got a different electrician to install.
