They are not answering my calls, Nrma waiting for them to respond for my claim, they took 2 months, not even want to do anything, the supervisor never responded, I’ve already logged the complaint with fair trading, they don’t even care. Still not replying my message.
A Rescon assessor was sent out by NRMA to look at a facia board & antenna that had been blown down in strong wind taking with it with a small spintering fron the board he frightened my neighbour by telling him it was asbestos, it was plaster board, & this is supposed to be trained assessors from Rescon. Thanks NRMA can't even find decent builders
The removal of the Ilegal? Ugly solar panels left by the ex tenant, on the side and rear fence was satisfactorily done. SAD that Bev had to pay $750 to ResCom Builders, on top of the $750 excess to NRMA, Considering the very many years of High Land Lords Insurancec Costs. $1500 ALL UP excess. Had to struggle with NRMA, (Not ResCom) to approve the claim. Just like my low milage car written off by the $50 over the agreed value. (Just like in the movie, ("Repairable Write Off").
