Our house was built in 1910 so there is a lot of problems on our property. In particular, our old water heater was leaking water into our foundation. Our technicians Erick and Aiden was very helpful, insightful, and honest. They came out right away to survey the damage and advised us to dry out the moist areas and under the foundation to prevent moisture and potential mold growth. We worked with RESCO to mitigate water damages in our kitchen and hallway from a dishwasher leak. They were kind and helpful throughout the process from getting an estimate to working with our insurance and helping us advocate for the restoration we needed. The owner was always available and the whole team was very communicative. They provided us with reports and took their time to explain each step of the process. While I hope I never need them again, if we had water damage they would be my first call.

One minute you're relaxing and the next minute you hear water trickling in your ceiling and coming down through your light fixtures from a catastrophic event.
