One minute you're relaxing and the next minute you hear water trickling in your ceiling and coming down through your light fixtures from a catastrophic event. Had a Jordan out on a Sunday night while we were in a bind. He was not only able to help reduce the flow of the problem but properly expanded everything to us and the next steps for getting everything taken care. I had a major pipe burst that flooded my first floor, kitchen, dining room hallway and living room. From the moment Erick and Luke from Resco arrived, I knew I was in good hands. The Resco restoration team is amazing. They were incredibly responsive and empathetic. They arrived within the hour. Erick started immediately extracting the water, metering out how much water was there and documenting the damage from the water.
