Finding termites and severe water damage in the home, we just bought has been an awful experience. I don’t wish upon anyone. I am so grateful for the services that RESCO provide provided to identify and completely treat our home that had mold, termites, and water damage. Nate and Lorenzo are great guys that always took time to answer my questions no matter how hot or exhausted they were. They definitely went above and beyond what we had hoped to get from hiring their services.

My initial communication when I called Resco Restoration about our water situation was great. I think the gentleman name was Luke and he was very professional on the phone and scheduled an onsite service call which was same day. My Technician Jordan, was very professional, polite, knowledgeable on my water situation and explained the restoration process. Also assisted with making our claim call to the insurance company, which was most appreciated. Overall exceptional customer service.

Jordan was very knowledgeable on my situation which my ceiling was leaking probably because the air conditioner is broken and leaking from the ceiling. I tried to get my old warranty company to come out and look at my plumbing but I got the run around. They eventually gave me a date and time of 24 March 2026 at noon which was absolutely crazy, when water is coming out the ceiling you move fast not days. From the first phone call, to the final cleanup, RESCO provided great communication, thorough water damage cleanup, and amazing customer service. Samantha and Bryan were professional and patient explaining the insurance process to us and keeping us up to date with the schedule. The dream team, Jordan and Dakota, showed up daily with positive attitudes and thorough explanations of each step.
