Cristina, the wife - reflects so poorly on Mr. Dean and their joint business. OWNER/Cristina CAME TO MY HOUSE, BANGED ON THE DOOR AND THREATENED ME! Trespass warning has been issued to Cristina. They were out of town for summer vacation, so I left a message for a quick oil change when they got back. Out of customer loyalty, I waited and called back a few days later (since I didn’t receive a callback anyway) and made an appointment for the following week. I show up this morning and Dean tells me she (wife/receptionist) meant to call but we’ll have to cancel due to not being able to get the oil out?? Whatever that means.
