Dean took great care of my vehicle. I had a seemless experience from start to finish - repair was done on time & no surprises. Highly recommended!
I had amazing experience with Dean and Christy - they were doing 120,000+ mile service on a Mazda 3 and did a fine job! We had a family emergency in the middle of it and ended up leaving the car a little bit longer at the shop - Dean even helped negotiate new tires at a nearby shop and he installed them as well. We moved to the area not long ago and Dean came recommended - I certainly can see why and I am thankful I found my new local mechanic! Thanks!
Cristina, the wife - reflects so poorly on Mr. Dean and their joint business. OWNER/Cristina CAME TO MY HOUSE, BANGED ON THE DOOR AND THREATENED ME! Trespass warning has been issued to Cristina. Will also file a restraining order. I even stepped out and asked her to lower her voice so that we can have a conversation because I didn't even know who she was and why this woman was screaming at me on my porch. They were out of town for summer vacation, so I left a message for a quick oil change when they got back. Out of customer loyalty, I waited and called back a few days later (since I didn’t receive a callback anyway) and made an appointment for the following week. I show up this morning and Dean tells me she (wife/receptionist) meant to call but we’ll have to cancel due to not being able to get the oil out?? Whatever that means.
