Receptionist has no clue as to what the agency does. 10/29/25 insurance has us fill out a form that was attached to this place regarding support for my disabled son. Again. Clueless. Not good communicators. Phone guarding. It's very suspicious. Are they abusive to their disabled clients? Very weird behavior. 10/29/25 just saw response from Rescare and called the number. The lady says HR didn't know their phone number changed. Odd. Angel was ride and also didn't know anything.
