I am still getting familiar with the place and with the staff. My grandson is in their care. The staff do accommodate clients and resolve issues. I was told the staff is everchanging with caregivers. This is a special clientele of loved ones that should only have the most caring, certified, and qualified professionals to care for these clients.

Horrible staff. They call the residents names. I have never seen a more unprofessional place . My daughter lives there now. It's always something. I don't see how employees could speak to residents with learning disabilities the way they do.

But the staff do accommodate clients until they resolve the issue. The staff is growing somewhat, as I was told that it revolves alot. This is a special clientele that should only have the most caring and expertised professionals to care for their clients.

But the staff do move clients and accommodate them until they resolve the issue. The staff is growing somewhat, as I was told that it revolves alot. This is a special clientele that should only have the most caring and expertised professionals to care for their clients.
