DO NOT send your loved one to this facility! The workers all cuss at the kids, then complain when those kids pick up those bad habits. They do NOT monitor hygiene (lost a tooth within a year when she had NO cavities goin in- oh and they never once told me - my kid did!!), they do not follow guardians wishes as far as health goes - she gained over 70 lbs in less than a year in their care and no cares were given! They don’t care about your loved ones. Only there to collect a check. Extremely high employee turnover. Clients are often not cared for properly. We had to contact the state many times to correct problems that often came up. If you care for your loved one, don’t let Educare/Rescare care for them. Highly disappointed in their level of care and respect for how my loved one was treated. No longer at this address. Now located on Stagg drive in Beaumont near Safelite glass and Conn’s.
