I'm going on 18 years working for this company. I have mostly positive to say about working for them. They have always help me get wonderful cleints that I have stayed with for years. My current supervisor Tina at the spokane branch is wonderful.

I work for this company and they suck. The strong arm there clients and when the client stands up for themselves they instantly say your not permitted to speak to us like that. Yet there allowed to belittle the clients. And they even treat there employees the same way I am honestly ashamed to work for this company. If I could give them a zero star review I would.

Very disappointed. Don't deal with this company if you want someone to show up at your home consistently for you or your loved one. Some of the caretakers were really good at their jobs. They knew what they were doing. The management? The so-called supervisors? Horrible. I feel like I was a cash register to them. I did not feel like they took care of my needs as a client / patient of their company. It was a continuous loop of unending excuses. Appointments would be canceled because no one showed up. Worst company in town. They have excellent caregivers that actually provide the care but unfortunately their management and scheduling is so horrible that you rarely get what you need. They’ve had new managers every other month for the last two years and no one there knows how to communicate with clients at all or even with their own caregivers !
