This is based on my personal experience. I feel that Resaca Builders has wasted both my time and money. The work that was done at my home was not finished properly. My side door was supposedly completed four months ago, but the door framing is still not done, and cold air keeps coming in. Never give any work to this guy. He did not know how to build a basement properly. My basement work starts on March 27 /26, half of my work is done, and lots of jobs are pending. A few things about Gurpreet: always lying, never answers the phone, gets the money in advance, and the staff are working with him without any knowledge of how to build a basement. He is lie person. He promised me to finish my basement in 2 to 3 months, but after 1 year, he couldn’t finish it. He took money in advance from me but couldn’t finish my work. And after taking money, even he couldn’t pick up the call. And he couldn’t reply to my message, and even after 18 months, he didn’t give my money back. Please don’t trust this guy. He is not a trustworthy person. In Google, there is no negative points system; otherwise, I would give him negative points.
