I brought my baby here to get her first haircut in Lubbock, and we didn’t have a good experience. They nicked her under her eye and couldn’t tell us what happened, said they didn’t know. They also made her head too long and I had to take her back in and get it redone. She looked good after they fixed her, but won’t be back. Not voting this place best in Lubbock for sure

I promise you we did not see that small scratch under her eye or we would have said something. So sorry! I'm sure you noticed how wiggly she was on her face when you brought her back in. Never would we intentionally knick your babies eye.
I took my 8month old Yorkie into to get groomed yesterday after him getting shaved by a another place back in June or July. Resa and Nichole reassured me that my little gentleman would be fine. Let me say after being a nervous wreck about taking him after a bad experience somewhere else I can now relax and feel comfortable with Resa’s K9 Salon. Thank you gals so very much for the excellent service!

Just picked up my dog and his haircut is all uneven I will not go back again i had called to se if they were almost done was told they had not started to cut his hair , they called me 20 min later that my dog was ready, when i dropped him at 9:30am *eye hair super long *mustache sort and uneven on one side long *the head has a bunch of long hair *ear has a bunch of hair longer than the rest *asked to cut tail and was only trimmed
Clean environment for pet to get groomed. Willing to work with suggestions. Good smelling results.
