I went in to see Marie-Laure at Res-source in Takaka to see if there could be anything done for my left tennis/golf elbow. I had been in pain for over 4 months, and nothing was helping. By the time I went to Res-source, I was nearly crying every day. I was trying not to use my left arm at all, the pain was excruciating, but even if I was driving and resting my left arm on the centre console, I would still get spasms of sharp pain. The session with Marie-Laure was very beneficial. She listened well, did an effective assessment of my condition, and used a variety of treatments that improved my body alignment and mobility plus giving me ideas for further strengthening.
