Richard, owner mislead us and not willing to put the work in for this business. We bought a cub cadet mower new 26 years years ago. We need a new rear pulley or bearings for this cub cadet. At first, they attempted to dismiss us, saying we don't have this mower and not help. RES Didn't believe that this mower existed until we showed them the bill of sale. Went in looking for some really odd fittings for my barbecue, Steve helped me out and was a tremendous amount of acknowledge in his products. I got everything that I needed and the service was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend anyone in the area stopping in to see if they are able to help before driving all the way to the city!
We bought a Cub Cadet Lawn Tractor from RES Hydraulics. The customer service is excellent. Where else can you text the Manager in the evening and make a deal? We highly recommend you check these guys out and support local business.
