RES was the contractor that we chose to build our dream home. It was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. The materials that were used during construction were top notch from the framing wood to the insulation. In addition, RES stands behind the homes that they build. I have lived in a number of houses over the years, this is hands down the happiest I have been with the excellence and craftsmanship of a home.
Our experience with RES contracting was PHENOMENAL and I would highly recommend them for anyone considering building a custom home. Matt always made the time to respond to emails/texts, answer phone calls and meet in person throughout the build. We received updates with every completed milestone. I've heard horror stories with builders going over budget. The RES team always had our budget and vision in mind with their product recommendations. Overall, RES knocked it out of the park with quality and service!
When we decided to build our house in Prescott we set up appointments with several construction companies. RES was second on the schedule and after talking with them we were so impressed that we cancelled all subsequent appointments. Matt oversaw the building of our house.
