Second time for using RES Contracting. They are absolutely 💯 % the best in all of "Preskitt" area!! RES pays very close attention to details, keep the customer involved, uses the best sub-contractors, has excellent suggestions and so HONEST. Thanks to Matt and Kandice.

Matt and Kandice both are wonderful to work with. Great communication and jobsite coordination from this homebuilding team. They use tried and true local contractors which is a huge benefit when scheduling work to be done in a timely manner.

RES was the contractor that we chose to build our dream home. It was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. The materials that were used during construction were top notch from the framing wood to the insulation. In addition, RES stands behind the homes that they build. Matt is very knowledgeable and experienced in all the construction trades and is meticulous in every aspect of construction. You can't go wrong having RES build your new home. Mike

Our experience with RES contracting was PHENOMENAL and I would highly recommend them for anyone considering building a custom home. Matt always made the time to respond to emails/texts, answer phone calls and meet in person throughout the build. We received updates with every completed milestone. I've heard horror stories with builders going over budget. The RES team always had our budget and vision in mind with their product recommendations. Overall, RES knocked it out of the park with quality and service!
