Our home alarm system needs to be activated. We have called your company multiple times, but no one has returned our calls. What should we do? I can’t reply here, that’s why I’m writing here. Yes, I called them twice and just called again. It’s always the same message over the summer. No answer. Please check their voicemail recordings and get back to me. They never answer the phone. We get billed every quarter. You leave a message, they don't call back unless it's on the emergency line. I've been waiting 2 days now for a call back and I might not even be by my phone when (and if) they finally do call. I guess it's not an emergency per se, but for something like a home alarm system, even "non-emergency" calls are still important. I expect a call back within hours, not days....or better yet, just answer the phone in the first place.
We are VERY happy with Greg and his company! When we moved we had sensors left from the previous owners, Greg didn’t push us to replace them he was more than willing to use the existing ones. He’s also always come within 24-48 hours to fix any issues we’ve had, super responsive! We couldn’t be any happier and would always recommend this company for security systems!
