I can say this without a doubt that people at Res-com mortgage know what they are doing. I was very happy with my experience with them. My loan was complicated but my loan officer took his time to review my situation, read and analyze all my documents before he submitted my loan and get the approval within a week. Very fair loan cost and a very good rate.
Mr. Moghees is outstanding at what he does. He went above and beyond to help me out.He was on top of everything and was very quick with communications. I really appreciate what he did for me. I highly recommend him !
