I used Reroof America to repair and replace a 300 square commercial roof and the TPO flat roofs after a hurricane and had a great experience, Brad Strand berg carefully planned each job , over saw it and made sure it was done correctly. There was good communication during both projects.
Horrible communication from local metairie salesperson Mitch Wilbanks. After coming to inspect and take picures of my roof and telling me he will provide pics of my damaged roof to my insurance company in return for agreeing to use Reroof America for my new roof, he dissaperred on me and never returned my 6 voicemails and never submitted anything to my insurance company over a 2 month span.
