Perhaps the most terrible customer service Ive ever experienced from a company. Brought our Persian rug to be repaired (tassels needed to be redone). The first thing when we dropped off the rug the owner and his son say "I wouldn't pay $80 for this piece of shit". We took it with a grain of salt because some people lack social intelligence and it's not worth arguing. The owner confirmed that the tassels will be redone and quoted us $620. Fast forward 2 weeks later with no updates, I called and asked if the rug was finished. ... read more
