I was helping my 95 year old Aunt get quotes to repair a section on her roof and called several companies. Reputable roof repair were by far the most helpful and thorough. She decided to hold off on the repairs but when she is ready to move forward We will be calling them to do the work.
Posting on Google and the website misrepresent the company. My need was for immediate leak mitigation as well as an assessment and plan for a genuine repair. When I called, the phone was answered with a different company name and despite their services indicating they do repairs, I was told they only do full reroofing projects but do offer free in home estimates.
