Beautiful spot. Incredible hospitality. And every bite from appetizer to entree was carefully curated and delicious. Also… a beet burger that’s incredible? I didn’t know that could be a thing.
We ventured to Republica since it was within walking distance of our home. We had never been before and we were excited to see so many Gluten Free options on the menu. The location was cute with both indoor and outdoor seating. We sat inside at a table that was surrounded by Hockey memorabilia. It was a cute corner of the restaurant. Great service. Food was pretty mediocre, especially for the price. Limited beer selection.
