In 2021 an unskilled driver operating a rented U Haul truck hit my legally parked Chevy Tahoe and took the front bumper off the truck. The damage was so bad that I had to get rid of my Tahoe. On Saturday April 6th, 2025, I went to a U Haul location on Washington Boulevard in Baltimore to pick up a truck I had reserved to help my son move to his new home. SHAMEFUL company, denying my claim even though I had pictures and video of the damage to my parked vehicle and the U-Haul truck that hit my car. My neighbor witnessed the whole thing and was denied being a witness because we are related. I can’t help who my neighbors are! Avoid Repwest at All Costs – Terrible Service and No Integrity If you ever have the misfortune of dealing with Repwest Insurance, prepare for nothing but delays, incompetence, and complete disregard for their customers. My claim has been sitting for months, and getting anything done with them is like pulling teeth. Absolutely terrible insurance for Uhaul SafeLoad. I hired movers thru Uhaul and they damaged a coffee table by sliding it across the metal floor of the truck. Repwest has denied the claim saying the coverage "does not insure against loss or damage caused my improper packing". Complete fraud company.
Should be 0 stars!!! Multiple calls, messages to them with no response… could never get ahold of a supervisor… my claim is now going on 3 months… should be shut down!!! The worst insurance company known to man!! Also the staff when you do finally hear from the are nasty!!! I hope I never have to deal with them ever again
