I had Republic West replace my windows. First and foremost, everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. Second, when the work was done I noticed that there was a small plug missing in one of the windows. The plug covers up the screw. It had only been a few days, and although I had already signed off on the work being done, I thought I would email them and see if I could get the plug.
