The counter help preferred picking product instead of working the counter I don't have time to wait so I can get back to the job site
Even though I got there right before closing they were extremely helpful and didn't rush me.

They don’t go out of their way to help you unless you’re stepping into a much more lucrative than necessary repair. They try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge and essentially tell you to “Google it”.
