Avoid using them at all cost. They have no idea what they are doing will make you jump through hoops and set deadlines that banks can not comply with. The entire process made closing on our home a nervous wreck and terrible experience. In a way was almost set up so that we failed to close. The refinancing process when much more smoothly and we are unbelievably happy that we are no longer with Republic.
