Went up to the speaker microphone at the entrance and gave the person my address and they told me they couldn't find the address on their computer, funny, been living there more than a decade and they never had trouble finding it on the computer before. It took five minutes for the guy in front of me to get the go ahead and what he had on his trailer might have filled up two curbside trash cans and the same person told that guy to wait until they could find his address on the computer as well; mean while traffic is backing u... read more
We were told on the phone that there was no charge but there is a $7 service charge for up to 900 lbs. we paid )28 for 480 lbs of kitchen demolition debris and the insulation needed to be bagged (thank heavens we already did this) and they only take credit cards. But it went smooth
