The staff is incompetent and unprofessional. I made a request weeks ago, but it hasn’t been completed yet. I had to call the office to speak to someone, but they said it’s not in the system. The management is poor.
"Every week I go, and I always receive wonderful treatment from the women working at the front and also where the trash is dumped.
Easy to navigate. Recycling boxes to the right after the main weigh station (for commercial/business use). There's someone there sorting the boxes. They want them flattened out. There's also a few bins to drop them off in. Straight on and on further down on the left side is a large half circle of large dumpsters (like 6 or 8) for trash, big articles, small trash bags, or whatever you are getting rid of. There's a worker to direct you or if you have questions. Everyone I've encountered here has been friendly or kind.
I had a trailer of carpet that I needed to drop off. Kelly and the guy running the big dump shed were both extremely helpful!
