9/3/2025-had to call AGAIN, 2 weeks after my last missed pickup, to beg for trash pickup. Trash person picked up directly across the street and saw my trash sitting there (I have video)and chose not to do a service for which I PAY for! No one from corporate office has addressed this issue, I have to call. I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a manager to come on the line. This company doesn't care about its customers. Funny that they wanted to hear back from me...I have emailed them and never heard back!!! I had to escalate the issue via phone in order to get my trash picked up on Thursday. Had NO LESS than 4 Republic Services trucks ZOOM past my house on Wednesday, (I sent video from my cameras in the email) yet I was told they didn't have anyone in my area until Thursday!!! This company will lie, hoping you say "nevermind, I'll wait until my next pick up" and they still charge for the missed pickup. HORRIBLE ANOTHER missed pick up today... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. They have been. Harging me for two accounts since signing up 6 months ago and still can't figure it out. I asked them to take one of out two trash cans that were here when I bought the house. Today they tried to take both! Where the hell am I supposed to put the tras h? Geniuses i tell ya!
I guess this is just lthe same.People that answer the phone to pick up the trash.They don't do their job
Prices continually rise and I’m lucky if we get half of our pickups. Trash is out there night before and it’s always the same excuse, next week, next week we will get it.
